GRIEF-THERAPY
Grief is a very personal experience and is sometimes overlooked as a normal process of human kind to come to terms with the loss of a beloved one and even a pet. Many people believe that death or loss is a final moment and that it is a final farewell. Loss and grief is not only about death, it can imply any kind of loss, e.g. divorce, emigration, distance, etc.
If the loss of a beloved one could be accompanied by feelings of guilt, hate, unresolved issues and other human factors, it may become a complex process. But the reality is that each one of us are grieving differently and experience grief in our own unique way.
Grief and the loss of a beloved one is not always about saying goodbye, but, finding ways to remember the beloved one in a healing way. The completion of the grief process and grief rituals are important.
